Rules and Recommendations
MLA Apartments

• Check-in 3:00 p.m. - Check-out 11:00 a.m.
• Smoking is prohibited throughout the apartment. Penalties will be applied if smoking is detected.
• Gatherings of any kind are prohibited (failure to comply with this rule and complaints from neighbors will result in penalties and removal from the apartment without relocation or refund).
• It is the guest's responsibility to take care of bed linen, towels, furniture, and apartment objects (avoid improper use of bed linens, towels, and furniture, as any detected stain of blood, hair dye, colored liquids, urine, dye transfer from clothing, dirt, paint, nail polish, or any other stain will incur replacement or washing charges). (REFER TO REPLACEMENT AND PENALTY RATES DISPLAYED BEHIND THE APARTMENT DOOR).
• Modifying the original guest list is not allowed. Only registered guests in your reservation are allowed to sleep.
• ​ Pets are not allowed.
• Reservations for groups of friends wishing to celebrate bachelor parties, birthdays, or any other type of gathering are not allowed. The apartment is in a multifamily building, and fines and disturbances to guests and neighbors should be avoided to achieve the safety and tranquility of all.
• For some reservations, a signed contract and a cash guarantee of USD 150 to USD 500 is required, which will be refunded at check-out, subject to verification of possible damages or breach of contract (MLA Apartments will confirm to the guest if this rule applies to their reservation).
