Check-in: 4:00 p.m. - Check-out: 11:00 a.m. For the Reducto, Kennedy, Fanning, and Suite apartments in San Isidro, Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. (Please be punctual with your Check-out time so that the cleaning staff can conduct their inspection and prepare for the next guest's Check-in. A penalty fee will be charged for any delay beyond 15 minutes.)
EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT

The additional fee for an early Check-in or late Check-out is 50% of the regular nightly rate, and it is subject to availability, with the calendar being blocked according to your request. If you pay for an early Check-in, entry can be arranged starting from 7:00 a.m., and for a late Check-out, departure can be extended until 7:00 p.m. (We appreciate your understanding if we cannot confirm your early arrival or late departure. This may be because we manage over 10 apartments, and our cleaning staff must adhere to a schedule to avoid any issues with the Check-in for our new guests. Thank you for your support!).
RULES AND RECOMMENDATIONS

- Please send the guest list to the reservations department in advance, specifying: First and Last Names, Passport/ID Number, and Nationality, as well as the arrival time to authorize building access and arrange key handover/lockbox access code/electronic lock code delivery.
- If you wish to use the parking space, please send the vehicle's license plate number and model to the reservations department in advance (some parking spaces are narrow, so please provide the model of the car/SUV to confirm if it fits in the space). Only one parking space is guaranteed, but if your reservation is in "Larcomar Luxury Penthouse" or "Malecón Luxury Penthouse," up to two spaces may be provided, depending on availability.
- The Reducto apartment building has common areas such as a bar, grill, gym, and pool (please coordinate with the reservations department for requirements and availability).
- Complimentary items are provided only for the first night: toilet paper, a bottle of water, a shampoo sachet, hotel soap, liquid dish soap, liquid detergent, trash bags, tea bags, and everything else you find on the day of your Check-in.
- We offer complimentary quick weekly cleanings for reservations of at least 7 nights (the scheduled day and time range for the cleaning staff's arrival will be communicated to the main guest in advance and will depend on the cleaning staff's availability). If you require additional cleaning, please inquire about the prices.
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the apartment, including the balcony and common areas. If we detect smoking or receive complaints from neighbors, a US$200 fine will be applied
No gatherings of any kind are allowed (if this rule is not followed and there are complaints from neighbors, you will be penalized and removed from the apartment without relocation or refund).
- Guests are responsible for taking care of bed linens, towels, furniture, appliances, and all items in the apartment (please avoid improper use of bed linens, towels, furniture, etc.If any stains from blood, hair dye, colors, dyed clothes, dirt, paint, nail polish, urine, etc., are detected, replacement or cleaning fees will be charged). - Only registered guests on your reservation may sleep in the apartment. The original guest list cannot be modified.
- To avoid inconvenience and for your security, please store money/valuables in the safe.
- No unauthorized persons are allowed to access your reservation. MLA apartments are not responsible for theft or loss.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Reservations for groups of friends wishing to celebrate bachelor/bachelorette parties, birthdays, or any other gatherings are not allowed. The apartments are located in multifamily buildings, and we aim to avoid fines and disturbances to the neighbors. Thank you for helping us ensure everyone’s peace and safety.
- For some reservations, a signed contract and a security deposit of USD 150 to USD 500 in cash may be required, which will be refunded at Check-out, pending verification of any possible damages or contract violations (MLA apartments will confirm with the main guest if this requirement applies to your reservation).
- MLA apartments staff works office hours: Monday to Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (please note that staff does not work 24/7; however, the main guest is encouraged to stay in constant communication with Katerina/Mariana for any questions or issues so that we can assist you as soon as possible).
